Two's a charm! With the extreme weather this spring, my deck was covered by leaves and other debris. High winds and lots of rain prevented me from clearing it off for weeks. I called Precision and asked for help (they cleaned and finished my deck last year). They came out as soon as weather allowed and recleaned and resealed my deck for a reasonable price. My deck looks good as new again.

Googled and found this company. Didn't know what to expect, even though the reviews were good. Guy showed up on a Monday and it was during a rain storm. Powered washed my dingy gray fence and I was in total shock. It looked like new again. He came back a couple days later after the rain stopped and sealed it. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

We have hired Precision Painting for several projects at Fairfax Yacht Club and have been delighted with the results each time. The siding on our 25-year-old Clubhouse was badly weathered and stained. Shawn's folks powerwashed the entire building and applied a sealer/protectant to the cedar siding. We had no idea how beautiful it used to be! Equally important, the siding is now protected against the weather for years to come. Shawn did an OUTSTANDING job on our deck. He was very professional and timely in his arrival at our home to give us our estimate. We had weather problems, so there was a delay in getting our deck done. However, he expeditiously completed the powerwashing and sealant on our deck and it was AWESOME!! The technician who came out to perform the sealing was definitely a pro. He ensured there was no birdy-doo or dirt on the deck even though he they had did the powerwashing a couple of days prior. He did some sanding of the rails and other areas to prevent any injuries. He then went to work and did his magic! Our deck is the envy of the block!

I'm happy to describe the final product as excellent work. Mine was an exterior painting and cleaning job that also required replacement of rotten wood and other repairs. The job had many different parts. Some were difficult, all were done well. The crewman was diligent, highly skilled and easy to work with, and went beyond the required work, taking care of two additional problems just because they needed attention. Both management and crew were very friendly, and responsive to all communications about details. Both responded right away to questions and requests for follow-up work.—G.B.
